At the Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center, the safety and health of our guests has always been our top priority.
We have been proactively monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus and implementing measures to protect the health and safety of our people, our guests as well as the communities that we all serve.
Our pool is now open! We will be adhering to the CDC restriction guidelines for the safety of our guests. We are happily serving our guests a hot breakfast while continuing to observe the CDC Guidelines, from 7 AM – 10 AM Daily!
As always, we hold ourselves to strict standard operating procedures regarding cleanliness and have implemented increased protocols to ensure all cleanliness and preventative efforts are followed.
Here is what we are doing to protect the safety of our guests:
> Continuously disinfecting touchpoints throughout the hotel, such as elevator buttons, faucets, door handles, etc.
> Added extra coffee packets in guests rooms and sanitized and bagged all TV remote controls
> Cleaning and disinfecting every guest room after each stay
> Providing guests with a Grab-n-Go breakfast each morning of their stay
> Monitoring employees’ health daily with temperature checks
> Providing every employee with personal protective equipment
> Placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel
The health and safety of our guests and employees are of utmost importance to us. We will continue to follow the best practices to reduce disruptions in our ability to service our guests.
