Pet policy

Edgewater Hotel allows service animals only.

Parking

Parking in our covered garage is $15.00 plus tax per room/per night to be collected at check-in. Vechicles larger than our 6′ 6″ clearance need to notify the hotel for parking instructions.

Cancellation

When booking your reservation direct, we do charge the first night plus tax for your deposit.

If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation platform (third party versus direct), date and other factors. Please refer to the reservation policy as explained in your confirmation.

Check In / Check Out

Check in is 4:00PM. Check out time is 11:00AM.
