My recent trip there was a blast, from the tasty beers to the mouth-watering pizza.

Let’s talk about the pizza first. I went for “The Leaf Looker” – a name that’s as fun as it tastes. It’s a 10″ personal pizza that’s loaded with all the good stuff. It features homemade marinara sauce topped with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, and black olives, all sitting on top of a hand-tossed crust. Every bite was like a party in my mouth – the spicy meats, the fresh veggies, and that sauce, oh man, it’s good stuff.
While pizza is the main entree served here, the menu also options such as cheese sticks, chicken wings, and even a brewpub salad.
Beer to Cheer: Gatty Light
Now, you can’t hit up a brewery without trying the beer, right? I paired my pizza with their “Gatty Light,” a beer that’s as laid-back as Gatlinburg itself. It’s a 5% alcohol American Golden Ale that’s light, refreshing, and just the right kind of drink to go with all that pizza goodness. It’s not too heavy, not too light – it’s just right, making every sip a perfect match for each pizza bite.
Chill Vibes All Around
The inside of Gatlinburg Brewing Company is just as welcoming as the food and drinks. The place has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to hang out for a while. Whether you’re looking out at the Parkway and East Parkway or just chilling inside, it feels like the kind of place where you can kick back and have a good time. The staff are super nice too, making sure everyone’s having a great experience. Tip: this is also a spot favored by the locals who work in the other Gatlinburg restaurants, so you know it’s the place to be.
