Will I receive a membership card for the Edgewater Rewards Club?

A card, per se, will not be issued; however, the Edgewater will keep records of your visits through our property management database. A front desk associate will stamp your guest folio at check out. We invite you to keep a file at home of the guest folios that you receive at check-out which will well document your visits with us.

Can my stays transfer to someone else?

No. The rewards for this program are non-transferable.

My spouse and I are regular visitors to the Edgewater. Are the rewards transferable between spouses?

Yes. The name on the membership would represent either spouse. We require proper ID for the person checking in the hotel.

Will my reservation count towards a free stay if I book my reservation on line, through the Edgewater-hotel.com website?

The only way you can qualify your visit towards a free stay is by booking your reservation exclusively through the Edgewater Hotel by calling 800-423-9582.

Will my reservation count towards a free stay if I book my reservation on line through a third party like Expedia or hotels.com, for example?

The only way you can qualify your visit towards a free stay is by booking your reservation exclusively through the Edgewater Hotel by calling 800-423-9582 or making your reservation through our website.

How will credit towards my reward (a free night stay) be calculated if I have a multiple room reservations for the same night?

Credit is applied on a per visit basis. For example, if John Doe has three rooms in his name for one night, he will earn one point towards the reward. If Jane Doe has three rooms in her name for seven nights, still, one point will be earned towards her rewards. This is based on per visit, not per stay.

Once I satisfy my three visits, do I have a time limit to redeem my free stay?

The Edgewater Hotel will extend to you one year to redeem your reward starting the day after you check out from your third visit. For example, on your third visit, if you check out on March 1, 2009, you have until March 2, 2010 to redeem your complimentary one night stay.

Am I restricted to a particular room type for my complimentary visit?

This special promotion entitles you to a standard room for your complimentary visit.

I visit the Edgewater regularly. Once I satisfy my three visits and redeem my one free night, has my membership to the Edgewater Rewards Club terminated?

Of Course, not. You are still a member and you can continue to qualify your next three visits for the complimentary night stay.

Are there any restrictions on my free night stay?

All reservations are always based on availability. Some restrictions like minimum night stays may be required for some travel dates. We cannot guarantee a particular room type or date. Your friendly reservationist will explain this to you at the time of making your hotel reservation.
